I used the Dell Chat, and "Samuel" was next to useless. Here's how our conversation went:Just got a notice that my order from Dell will be delayed until
11/28 (originally promised to ship on 10/31).
Idiots... How hard is it to keep track of inventory?

So I emailed Customer Care, asking them to not give me back canned responses. They replied within 10 minutes, stating that they experienced an unexpected delay, and it would be shipped around 11/28/03.
Bummer. This was ~$100 cheaper than I paid at CircuitCity (still within the 14 day return policy). I guess I'll just keep the one I have.
