Those made me smile. Thank you from AZ.

Nice shots

Very nice, warm pictures! Make me want to visit NYC next time I am in US :-)

BTW There is Naomi O. on the 6th - right?

Incredible beauty and images Dez! You captured the action and emotions so perfectly. Love your wide open style and exquisite bokeh with the quality glass. Are you usually using AF-C, focus point on the face, holding in BBF, and firing at the same time? Or any eye AF? Great job. Oh...., and the look on that first dog's face is priceless! :)

The first digital image was made in the late '60's for NASA, as a way to record images of Mars. Each "square" was represented by three numbers, corresponding to the red, green, and blue hue on a scale of 0 to 255. This eliminated the need to ship film back to Earth.

Great shots. NYC’s one of my favourite places to visit, and I’m looking forward to when this is all over and I can get back there. I’ll bring my Z6 or Z50 when I do!

Thank you.

Yes, when I do street photography, I put my camera on AF-C with either Auto Area AF or the new Wide L w/Eye AF (still getting used to this new feature). I don't shot continuous shutter mode.

The dog's name is Gryffin :D I met him in Brooklyn during a ballerina shoot:

Tt is hard to definitely say but she looks like a tennis Champion Naomi Osaka. She was wearing different masks during the last US Open tournament.

Your very nice shot with the left eye so sharp!

Excellent series as usual Dez. These really make you wanna revisit NYC. How do you find Z6II compared to Z6?

Thank you. We'd like more visitors. Helps boost our economy here in NYC ;)

Well, I find it a bit snappier/faster than the Z6 which is obvious because of the two Expeed processors. The two card slots are a bonus, as I own a D850 that also has two card slots.

Focus is about the same between the two except for the new feature of Wide L with EyeAF or Wide S with EyeAF. I find that useful in limiting my focus to where I'd like and it tracks eyes/faces pretty well. But EyeAF isn't recognized until a face is a certain distance away. EyeAF if video is a plus in the Z6 II. But I'm not much of a video guy.

I basically matched my settings from my Z6 to the II and applied the new firmware 1.01 last night.

I've thoroughly enjoyed all of your photos - keep 'em coming! This is a gear forum, but... it's still nice to actually see someone shooting. Kudos!
I like to talk gear, tech and help another member out but our tools help us create photos....so sharing them here & there is a plus.

Thank you.

Great to hear that. I expect my Z6 II to arrive by the end of the week or early next week. :-)
