Canon Lenses on Ebay

Hi Alex,
try ebay number 2958727958
I've spoken to the seller about this and can verfiy he's an authentic seller.

Never delt with the one you mention. But this only means I've not heard any negative posts.

I've not used these peple but have bought from others.

Best advice is to mail a selection of recent buyers - they'll almost always be happy to give a full opinion.

Have you dealt with the dealer you mention. His callname is yinkymoka, right (just to make sure we are talking about the same person). He has exactly same prices as the other seller and also the same products!

Sorry, I made a mistake. They are not selling the same products. I was actually looking at the same person.

Hi Alex,
As a very pleased 10D owner and now looking to add to my lense
collection I came accross a company on ebay called UR Galaxy.

They have new L lenses for sale at very nice prices. I have put the
link below.

Anyone bought anything from them or know about them?
I bought my 17-40L lens from Hugo (the person behind the eBay ID) as well as two filters. The lens came in just 2 days from Hong Kong, was well packaged and exactly as described with international warranty. The filters were send 'normal' airmail and took just less than a week to arrive, again, exactly as described.

I also found Hugo's email communications to be very quick and helpful. I would have no problems recommending buying from him.

I think the suggestion to contact previous buyers is a good one and I would recommend you do that. Count me as one happy customer though!

Just ask if there's anything else to know,

Graham.

Thanks I will have a look.

Sorry for not replying sooner got a bit busy!

I am glad to hear that someone has actually bought something from them and that they do exist, you just never know.

I will definitely be purchasing a little something.

Is this the same Hugo from FM's 4sale forum that has a very sizable listing regularly? Or am I getting names messed up again?

Mike.

Hi Iam the Yinkymoka mentioned in a previous post,I would just like to say Iam not a dealer iam some one with too much money who bought a 24-70 F2.8L has it one day and decided it was too heavy and cumbersome for every day use.So iam selling it on ebay at a price to get my money back .Bearing in mind i have included a few extras also the HK price is before you get caught for tax or duty, which i can asure you does happen occasionally.I have also purchased a 50mm mk2 ,a 100mm macro and a 28-135IS do i really need all these lens or should the 100mm macro go.An comments welcome.

=======================================

Alex, I may be mistaken, but on this site the currency is,
I believe, in Great Britain Pounds, not Hong Kong dollars.
If so, the listed cost, for example, of the Canon 17-40L works out to
be around $910 US dollars, which is $100-200 more than the
lens sells for in the U.S.
