Please share your expertise by providing constructive criticism on photos others have posted.

I find it painful to review those photographs, and I don't really have a connection to them, or her. I imagine this to be a hard time for Nancy to be supporting you since this part of your life is not something you shared a lot of experience with. Wish you both what it takes to move forward together.

Just her beautiful self.

She had a good night. However, following the removal of the tumour yesterday she was, unsurprisingly, a bit wary of moving too much this morning, I would imagine she felt uncomfortable and some movements will be difficult for a while.

However we eventually managed to encourage her out into the garden, just little steps.

In the house, as she must not jump up at the moment, I have created a cushion ladder so she can get on her favourite sofa.

And her tail is still wagging.

Get well quickly, pretty gal! We've all been there. That vest looks like a much better solution than a cone; even better than an big inflatable collar.

Thank you Greg and yes indeed, no cone or collar required. That vet supplied pet shirt she is wearing is all that is required, thank goodness.

Beautiful images Greg and beautiful memories. And, knowing what we now know, such sadness.
I don't understand such addictions so have no intention of waxing poetic on that subject. I have never "done" drugs (alcohol aside)...too busy/too poor/too scared.
At least, and that is a huge AT LEAST, you have Colleen's children to comfort, support, guide and enjoy. Lucky them and lucky you.
