My Samsung A50 refuse of download Apps

Someone know how fix a problem, I try but the download apps but never start, the phone is new honestly and the problem bugs me, Thanks for the help!

Maybe be clearer about how you are trying to download and install apps. I'm not familiar with Samsung and any special rules for its phones.

Is it a Play Store problem? Be sure the Google Account settings are active and Play Store and Play Services are working.

Is it to install from some other source, like an APK - be sure the system has permission to install from unknown sources. usually a box pops up asking to enable that in Settings. If installing from a file manager, be sure it has permission to install from unknown sources. In Android Settings use the search box "unknown sources" and a list of apps shows up that can be given permission to install apps.

If it's something else, you could explain exactly what you've tried to do.

I had something similar with my new Sony. It turned out that the install wizard wasn't completely finished, eventhough I thought it was and already restarted the phone. The wizard icon was still in the task bar and needed a few more (useless) clicks on next and ok. After I got the message that it was finished setting up the phone I could install apps again.

Yes, is a problems with Play Store, the account Google working because I got my email, but with Play Store is always in "Waiting for download" I plan to reset the phone, this may be fix the problems, is the first time happens something. Will see

Good luck. Sometimes I have had a problem of Play Store downloads stopping for one specific app, while other apps download normally. You might try testing another app to check if all are affected the same way. When this happens, the "bad" app has downloaded normally some time later - I have no explanation.

I try with many apps and even with my Samsung Tablet, I try download Adobe Pdf Reader, I suspect happens after last update of Android, but I am not sure.

At this time just wait and some time try if working or not....

If you have a problem with an app on a Samsung smartphone, and you ask Samsung for help, they'll almost always tell you to wipe the cache.

I follow them 2 times, but I don't know why the first time doesn't work, then when I try yesterday star to work, anyway always I try to find a solution in internet, some time I am lucky some time not.
