@Richard: That's a dead specimen from my collection. It would be practically impossible to take 95 HR shots of a live insect.

When I bought the G9 (not too long ago), I was not fully convinced, but I ended up loving this little camera.
The HR mode (which was my main interest) is amazing, significantly better than the one of the Oly PEN F I used in the past, idk the reasons, they both use the same 8x0.5 Pixel Shift technology. Maybe Panny did implement it better.
