I try to be as abrasive as i can, as often as i can. I go out of my way to not be PC, and i wear it like a badge on my sleeve. You should try it, that way when you get likes you know darn sure it has nothing to do with camaraderie. :-D
Sounds like one of our leaders.
A great man no doubt. Or were you referring to DPR staff?
Follow your leader.
Oh i see where u were going. I make a formal request, don't bring politics into this thread, that is against the rules.

How abrasive! The dirt is clearly in your mind on this occasion (maybe on all occasions??) ;-)

Is there a souped-up version of ignore on this forum you know of? Souped-down then?

Anything?

Just a question: Do the people who I am ignoring know that they are being ignored?

Who is your leader?

I don't think so. At least I expect that some would have me on ignore but I cannot see that. I find it funny when on a thread I see 3 or 4 members, that I have on ignore , endlessly debating each other. Funny because it confirms why they are on ignore and because there is a good chance that one or two have multiple personalities.

They will if you send them PMs telling them so. Telling them so in forum posts won't necessarily work because they might be ignoring you too.

You do not see the difference?
'Ignore' with no acknowledgment is 'ignore'.
With acknowledgment it becomes 'dislike'.

You mean you want an option to tell people you're ignoring that you're ignoring them so they know you don't like them?

Negative. That's not what I mean.
What you are saying that there should be a button to insult other forum members.
I do not agree with that.

I also do not agree with people putting words in my mouth.

OK -- let's leave it here. I honestly don't know what you're saying or asking for.

Selective reading and biased reporting.
I do not agree with them, either.

I guess that's what North American media is about today.

Non-PC and "likes" that aren't based on comradery.

We can all agree with that.

I wouldn't think so. The top 3 on my list are mind-bogglingly tedious pedants. If they ever "correct" my posts, they probably think they've won when I never reply to them and are perfectly happy with it. They're only on my list to save me the effort of scrolling past their timewaster posts.
