I have a project where it would be nice to be able to do the following:
Take images containing IPTC/EXIF data and generate JPG files where the image is framed and the margins contain data from IPTC/EXIF. Most likely I would use title or caption fields. Lightroom, surprisingly, doesn't seem to handle this well. There's an option to do it using the slide show module by selecting JPEG output, but there are some limitations:
* No option to resample the image to fill the space, resulting in an image that is too small (a workaround here is to add a step to resample to a larger size and then use those images).
* Text is rendered at a specific size with no line wrap as far as I can see.
The book module can sort of do what I want, but it's limited to only title or caption or custom text. The biggest limitation of the book module, though, is that it's limited to the page sizes available with Blurb, even if you select one of the other options.
Any suggestions?
