Such a shame that this lens never materialized. I only learned about it today, and have scoured the internet for where to buy one, only to be disappointed. This lens would still sell.

The Loawa's AF is not so good ;-)

I didn't find focusing the Laowa manually anywhere near as simple (or successful) as I'd expected - but optically, not too many few complaints from me! Being critical, perhaps the top area of this first one?

Even so, since the arrival of Panasonic's PL 9mm mine has had almost no further use...
