Very appealing shots.
The last two are my faves.
That 60mm Macro lens is looking pretty tempting...

Looks good! Nice renderings of textures too.
"Bum"That's funny! I suppose I could edit the posts and delete YOURS but it has some comical value....yes the "S" key is somewhat close to the "W" key. If I had said "wee on"...then there would be a problem....especially as an older male...okay enough said.I love them as well, and I’m gonna seriously hope that your comment was a bit of a typo, otherwise, the OP might just take that a bit personally.I suppose it;'s monochrome week for the Bob's!
Always a pleasure to wee your images.

I like it. Can you share what software you used?Been playing around with various programs to see how close I could get to an old silver gelatin looking print, from an old box style camera.
Fuji X100F with my new wide converter.
Feel free to critique, or offer suggestions!

Sure! I used Nik Analog Efx Pro 2 for the older effects, and colour toning, and then did some light eq in ACDSee.I like it. Thanks!
How right you are, Bob. I think anyone of us, who's even mildly self-critical, has had that feeling the next day/week/month... of 'Ugghhh.... what was I thinking!'Subjectively, I'm interested in this but. . . What really matters is how you feel it suits you 3 weeks from now. I have a sense that if you're asking, you need more time with this in particular, or when similarly applied to other exposures. Got to break quite a few eggs to come up with new & interesting recipe's - no?

By the looks of things, I'm glad you're sharing your obsession. I've attempted hummingbirds before, and I know how tricky a shot like this can be!I can be easily accused of being a bit obsessed with Hummingbirds (been that way for many years now). Mea culpa. However, they're just too lovely and temping a target for a little backyard photography. Forgive me in advance if I'm oversharing a bit with these little guys.
