Is there any multifunction printer with photo film scanner?

AFAIK, no current (or recent) multifunction device / all-in-one printer can scan film. To scan film, the scanner needs both (1) a transparency unit--which means another light source in the scanner lid--and (2) one or more film holders for the size(s) of film it is designed to scan. I seem to recall that several years ago (maybe a decade?) there may have been one or two models that did this, but they're long gone. Today, film scanning capability is a specialized thing that few people want, so mass-market devices don't have it.

Yes and no. You can get Vuescan and it will trick some of the multifunction printers into do a slide/film mode but you need to provide a light to shine through the film. A better solution is to buy a nice printer and use your DSLR to "scan" negatives.
