After using Ricoh cameras for most of my photography since 2005 I felt it was time for something new. Well relatively new since Fuji and Photorumors gave me an original X100 in 2011 but at the time I was up to my neck in a three year project so I ended up trading the camera which I now know was a mistake. Another factor is that my arms are no longer the adequate length to clearly see what's on the LCD so the viewfinder is now a must. After a couple of decades of street photography I want to do other things including color. I have used other cameras for color such as a Pentax k50 and a Panasonic Gx8 but neither camera lasted a year before breaking. Well here are a few photos from the last year.

You did a great job with these. I like all of them.

It's quite a capable unit. These show what can be done with a little intimacy with the camera and craft. I like your eye to the night as well. AFAIC, it's quite the compelling series.

your colors are magnificent. Outstanding eye. So, how do you manages capturing these images without people?

Wonderful set. You have a very good eye. I especially like #4 and under the Broad St. line, #7.

Terrific images Michael. I especially enjoyed the black and white images on your website.

Great work (esp. No. 4 - what a fine print that would make). Great website and a very interesting blog. Very pleased to have 'discovered' you.

Excellent series, and very good photography in your website.
