RX100 M6 Lensmate vs Magfilter?

Hii Looking to get the LensMate, for my RX100M6 is the 58mm version the correct one? Thank you...
I successfully use a 52mm Lensmate adapter on my RX100 V. I don't have any vignetting at 24mm. If you intend to stack multiple filters, such as more than one ND or an ND and a CPL, you might need 58mm filters to avoid vignetting.

You should consider what filters you already own. If you have 52 or 58mm filters, let that guide you for the proper adapter so you don't have to invest in additional filters.

existing Lensmate will NOT work on the face of the m6. Read more of the posts in the thread. They are working on a new one now, not ready yet.

Advice on larger diameter to avoid vignette is good.

Thank you... read one post that said a user had ordered it for his... I await.. their website offers very little in the way of information or in possible contact.. thanks again...

You should be able to use the red "Click here" link and on this page:

Then send them an email to get on the waiting list. It worked for me and they've get me updated on expected availability, which is now mid-late Sept.

In theory, their new adapter will be designed for the camera and will have no vignetting with a 52 mm filter, which are cheaper, smaller, and I already own some!

Thank you added my name... do you always use Lensmate? Have you tried MagFilter? Some have posted that the plastic ring on the Lensmate wears out.. thanks again...

a little review of the lensmate rx100 VI quick change filter adapter (52mm)

I went ahead and bought the lensmate rx100 vi filter adapter set and installed it on the camera. according to their amazon and product description that 1) there is no flash blockage throughout all focal range when the filter holder is removed. but the description is inaccurate. this is my finding with the filter holder remove and just the low profile receiver in place using flash. another inaccurate product description is 2)"the receiver is smaller in diameter than the end of the lens barrel." well i found that it's not, the low profile receiver diameter is bigger than end of the zoom lens barrel, which results in flash blockage.

good thing is that there is no vignetting throughout all focal range. the only problem is the flash blockage at 24, and 28, and 35 mm (but it's not very noticeable at 35, but its still there, i didn't upload the pic at the focal range)

24 mm focal range with flash on (filter holder adapter is removed and just the receiver in place.)

the filter receiver in place glued on to the camera with the 3m adhesive. the description said the receiver diameter is smaller than the end of the lens barrel, so there is no chance of flash blockage. but clearly, you can see it overlaps.

What is the better lens filter kit for the Lensmate? Hoya or Neewer? Or does anyone recommend something better?

His alias and DPR profile are gone.
