Fair enough. So, why don't you edit the original and post it here?-- I enjoy learning by example: show me how to do it.Plastic, fantastic.Ugh!
You are right. I will not make such a post.Fair enough. So, why don't you edit the original and post it here?-- I enjoy learning by example: show me how to do it.Plastic, fantastic.Ugh!
(Hmm, I have the feeling that such a post from you will not be forthcoming....)
perhaps there's more one can do to make the mobile phone image more acceptable (a matter of individual taste here of course):
It may be that this is changing. I'm told by the camera store where I deal that phones near killed the point and shoot market, but now phones are building a new market for point and shoots. Especially ones with zoom lens. Thanks for the commentary. The pictures are interesting, you can see that the Canon is better but its not 1000% better.
The reality is that convenience trumps ultimate quality. People that are enthusiasts can talk about this till the cows come home but its not going to matter. The smartphone is good enough and its super convenient.
On top of this nobody wants to pay for another device that does the same thing as the one in their pocket. AND the will have to carry it.
Programs like Lightroom can change color balance and contrast, but cannot create shading and details that were never captured in the first place.agreed, poor example. That phone pic only has a color cast and is low contrast. You don’t have much Lightroom abilities if you could not fix that
