Probably Panny. I have had used grey market Oly 4/3 lenses repaired without issue. Cost was minimal, too (like less than $200 to repair one of my f2 zooms). Don't know if that policy still is in effect, however.Agree, I never had any problem with my Olympus lenses either. I kept hearing people saying Olympus US refuses services to lenses buying outside US even though you are willing to pay for the services; or was it Panasonic?

Olympus will only do warranty repairs on USA lenses. However, since they outsource all USA repairs, you could probably still get it repaired if you pay for the service.Probably Panny. The 40-150 f2.8 will be far sharper than the 14-150 f4-5.6 and allow use of lower ISO further improving IQ. It is also larger and heavier. This is super tempting. I currently own the 14-150mm f4-5.6 lens, besides the obvious difference in aperture, is the IQ significantly different between the two? I assume auto-focus speed is also a big factor as well with the pro lenses.
