***Mini-Challenge 529*** Landscapes With Interesting Skies

Once again, the B&W rendering makes this look like an alien planet in a SF movie. Well, done. David.

Those are simply exquisite renderings, Jarrell. Thanks for posting. Taken in GA?

SD has always been one of my favorite places for big skies, but after having spent a good bit of time in wilderness areas of Montana this fall, SD now seems kinda crowded :-) .

Paul, I used to love, and still like it a lot, fishing in places like in your first image. Brings back lots of good memories.

Jarrell

Beautiful land! Nice to have it in the family, I would imagine. My extended (very PA Dutch) family is one of the biggest farming families in the County. They have some beautiful land, with beautiful skies at times. We often hunt doves there. Just a few of the many images I have of the farms.

I would love to see Bruges, but I guess that won't happen in this lifetime. I've seen much of the world, including Belgium, but not much of this vast and varied country. In the time remaining to us, Nancy and I, Chase and Joy intend travel two or three times/year in the big motorhome to see/explore/hunt the remote and natural areas of the US. We are hoping to go to New Mexico and Arizona for a month or two after Christmas - maybe even meet Abiquiuenese out there. Nancy has never been west of Pennsylvania and I've never seen the southwest US.

A pretty place - would love to see more. My wife and I were lucky enough to have lived in Europe for some years, back in the early 1970's. Probably won't be able to get there again, as my new partner and I want to see/explore/hunt the wilderness areas of this country in the healthy time remaining to us. So, we will have to experience it though photographs and prose.

Just the spectacular images I would expect from someone with your amazing artistic skill and talent, Bob. Can we consider any of those to be entries?
