Having recently lost partial sight in my right eye, (viewfinder eye), I have been looking for some type of framing device that could be adapted to my camera hot shoe. I may have found something in a video review posted on another site. Here is a screen grab. Can anyone identify the attachment mounted on this camera? I would be extremely grateful to locate such a device.

Try this gizmo from Olympus. I believe some of the other manufacturers such as Niko have something similar.

Thanks! That looks like it should do the trick.

You can probably make one yourself by buying a cheap reflex sight for airsoft guns and hot glue it to a hotshoe plate adapter.
