I have no idea about their service....but this lens is absolutely incredible...

I just sold my Nikon 80-200 2.8 ED because when I shot them side by side in a comparison test... the Sigma was noticeably sharper... I have had

this lens for about 3 weeks now and have used it on various commercial shoots and the more I use it...the more the sharpness, contrast and color impress me...

The experience I have had with Sigma Service in the US
has been quite good. They rechipped a lens that I bought
grey market, no questions asked, shipped back promptly at their
expense.
