I see three values C, LD and LF? What are these three?

Is there a page where I can check if I am running on the latest versions?

When I download the update from Nikon it is the form of a .bin file that my PC can’t open. What am I doing wrong?
 
You need to put it in a camera formatted card at root level.
 
Got it. Thank you.

The instructions on the Nikon site were throwing me off. Evidently my PC was extracting the .bin file automatically, while the Nikon instructions tell you to do it manually. I think.

At any rate, it worked and I got my camera upadated. Thanks again.
