Hello everybody,

Last month, I completed a road trip, with my family, which took me through Northern BC, Southern Yukon and Alaska (Juneau). The main purpose of this trip was to see my birth place, Cassiar, BC. I wanted to share my ten day experience on this forum, you can view the galleries here:

http://www.midhas-touch.net/gallery/3t030818/index.htm

Over the course of the trip, I managed to take 586 pictures with the digital camera (Canon PowerShot S30), which I stored on a X's Drive II VP 2060 6-in-1 USB 2.0 Portable Storage Device w/ 40GB HD.

I had a really good experience and hope to go again one day. Your comments are appreciated...

You have a good collection of images to remember this trip with. I can only say that many are just snaps, as you intended, but a few of them are very good images, and with a little correction could be excellent photographs. Good work, and it looks like it was a fun trip too!

Thanx... Alan

Life is too short not to enjoy...

Thanks for the comments, Alan... yes, I'm still learning.

Hi Abhay

I enjoyed your pictures very much and I looked at them all. A few years back I flew my Comanche airplane from central Saskatchewan to Anchorage Alaska over much of the route you folks had taken. The scenery from the air was breathtaking but you have to be on the ground to see all the detail. We enjoyed our stops at Edmonton, Fort St John, Fort Nelson, Watson Lake, Whitehorse, Northway Alaska and Anchorage. Thanks for giving me your view from the ground.
