Hello Sigma Shooters:

Another week and time to show your images using Sigma hardware, remember all Sigma cameras and lenses are welcome to participate. Please try to limit your post to 3 images and give your post a title so that comments will be properly directed.

Shoot some photo this week and by all means have some fun! :>)

Getting my Ninja on... I updated to the latest firmware release before taking this pic yesterday for my SDQ. Seems like they've addressed some of the purple blotch artifacts which is nice, yet the live view still shows those same artifacts.

Wonderful work with the flowers, George.

Did you use focus stacking to make these images?
Thanks Vitee; no focus stacking, I'm way too cack-handed! just the flower in a narrow necked bottle/vase and f11 or so .... daylight with some highlighting from a pocket torch, feels like cheating .......

BTW your cormorant is good in so many ways, well done!

Well, it worked really well for you.

Thanks. It's funny because this a shot took back in 2012 and for some reason rejected. Sometimes it's worth having another crack at old shots.

I thought I would give the SDQH some time in NYC this weekend, and was enjoying some of the reflections on the buildings.
