**PART 3** This Week Through your m4/3 2018.09.01

In the mono thread it is together with an old Soviet bomb shelter (?) very appropriate. Strengthens the feel.

I will bet you waited for that. She is captured in the light reflected from the white stripe on the billboard to great effect. Appears to running and if so that makes the moment captured an even greater feat!

An attractive image in many aspects. An 'art like' type of processing might make the noise less of an issue and seem more like an intentional choice.

Thanks Andrew. I will try and give it another go. When you said art like, were you thinking an oil on canvas look? I have yet to find a good way in LR to do this.

All that chrome!

Imagine setting the opening angle of your windscreen. In fact, not long ago (1990s), bus passengers on the front row upstairs could set their front screen angles.

What a beauty. Already quite the poser.

You have those sumptuous meals and feed her leaves?

Mexico City, Flea Market

I was shooting 'from the hip' trying out my street photography skills... not always successfully and a fair bit of PP required, but I got some shots that satisfy me.

Thanks Wormsmeat, Yaelle and tt321 for your replies.

Although I shot it in B & W, I'm leaning towards the colour version. The Soviet privy is nothing to do with me, but posted in the wrong place.

Yes, that was the idea but I really have not found a way to do it yet that I like. I have seen results that I like but I do not know how they were done.

Below is with some Nik Color Efex Tonal Contrast, a plug in that will work in LR, and some straightening. The noise starts to look like canvas texture but the look is not quite there totally.

A very nice view. A short while later and the end of the ship behind the sailboat would have been visible. The kind of thing I notice when I get home and it is too late to do anything about. :-( Chimping on a small lcd doesn't help much in that regard either.

Taken from a ferry or another boat I am guessing. Looks very enjoyable with lots of great views to take in.
