Possibly, but then, you'll 'drop' girlfriend 'B' long before girlfriend 'A' and she'll end up costing you more in the long run. Too high maintenance....

The only thing you mentioned that wouldn't be better with the A7rIII is the flip out screen. Otherwise, IQ with the A7rIII, 70-300 FE and FE 24-105 would likely be better in almost every way vs the A99II with the Tamron and Sigma lenses. Resonsiveness... not sure but I expect the A7rIII to be pretty responsive. Maybe you should add the many missing features to better articulate your thread title.

i have the a7r3 and it's great if you have native (over $2,000 Sony EF GM) lenses. i'm in my 3rd or 4th adapter (la-ea3). it won't autofocus with my sony 70-400 g2 lens (with la-ea3 adapter). maybe it will with a la-ea4 or maybe i should just get an a99ii. focus speed is much better with the la-ea3 and alpha lenses compared to 3rd party lenses.
