Finally made it to the horseshoe bend after all these years circling around it and missed somehow. DP0 Quattro is perfect fits for this one.

Nice gradation into the far distance at the top - very "painterly", Seng!

Also the middle distance shaded rock has less saturation which adds to the 3D effect of the main part.

A spectacular scene of course ... is it really as "round" as the dp0Q makes it look?

Thank you, yes it does round as it looks and my heart drops when looking down and saw people camping by the bank on the island side.

Haha I am sure plenty of those fossils. Thx

The lens on that camera always astounds me. It doesn't exhibit any of the typical distorted wide angle look.

That's a great picture.

thank you Scott.

thank you Larry.

Thank you Joris

That is beautiful, Seng.

Has to be one of the very best captures of that vista I've seen.

Thanks for posting.

Hi Rick...I did it about 6pm or so, still very strong sun out but mostly overcast. Thank you.

Great shot. Thank you for showing me how it should look.

Here's a shot I took 10 years ago at first light with the DP-1. I enjoyed that eggshell fragile little camera but always thought it should have a wider lens, guess I was correct. (and a DP1 "selfie")

This is good for a 19mm, the 14mm of course is giving it a breathing room. thank you.
