My opinion :

Samsung Note 9 is by far the worst of the three. The very aggressive noise reduction destroyed the whole image.

The P20 Pro is awfully saturated as the guy used AI mode, which sucks on the P20 Pro. It is much better without AI.

The Pixel 3 XL shows big amount of detail and it controls the noise perfectly. None of that washed colors after LG/Samsung post processing..

Selfi cam is very very detailed.

The problem with P20Pro testing is that camera output developes for each FW change. He compares fw 128 while the latest is fw 152. There is a lot of difference between the two. Colors/contrast are flatter and much less sharpened.

You can safely take out P20 from this comparison - as it has obsolete camera engine.
