I also added the cloud brushes. NOW, here is the before and after
(it took less than a minute) I also tried and liked a darker
blue---still experimenting with that.

--John, another wonderful result! Tip: before ading clouds, duplicate image layer, add clouds to dup, and then reduce dup ayer opacity to taste to make clouds transluscent (sp?)Original and fixed with your action and cloud brushes.

You could also duplicate the effect on the reflection in 'white' water - perhaps on another layer so you could lower opacity as the reflection is sometimes more faded than the sky.
