Polarizing Filter for 24-85 AFS-G lens/D100

Could someone with experience suggest a good but not expensive Polariizing Filter for the above lens/Camera?

Also, any suggestions for a good ND Filter for the same, that can be left on the lens permanently.

I use a Hoya circular polarizer with great success on this lens.

I have Tiffen Polarizing Filter for 24-85 AFS-G. It worked very well. I sold that lens and if you are interest the filter, please e-mail me. ([email protected]) I can sell you for good price.
