Hey, Maoby!
It's been a while, and it's always good to see you here!
I thought this was a particularly good 'format' or 'style' you used this time!
I really enjoyed seeing the nice 'visual' comparison of the cameras right next to the more technical 'image' comparison. And of course the technical image involved combining two images in one. I appreciated that extra effort. The overall 'two photo' effect is very 'efficient', and easy and enjoyable to see. :-)

P.S. I've always been convinced that I don't like 'silver' cameras. But when I see a good photo of one, I have to admit that there's something 'nice' about them. ( :

Great comparison, thanks! I also own these two and am amazed at how well the J5 holds up.

It becomes an even nicer tool when you put an FT1 adapter on it and use DX/FX lenses. My Sigma 100-400, for example, becomes a 270-1080 and is still amazingly sharp even at the long end.

Thank you for your feedback, and have a nice day :)

Thank you very much!
I should receive mine today :)
I can't wait to test my Sigma 135mm f / 1.8 ART

The Sigma 135mm f / 1.8 DG HSM ART turns into 364.5mm f / 1.8 on my little Nikon 1 J5 :)

Thank you very much!

Paul, as soon as he made that statement I thought "Uh-oh! Here it comes!" :-)

Man! Talk about "No guts, no glory!" You went straight for the wide-open shot, and not only showed the exceptional performance of your body/lens combination, but took a particularly great photo as well! ( :

Thanks a lot, that's nice of you

And still, when we're talking shutter speeds, it is still an f/1.8, if not when it comes to DOF!

It means that you can shoot wide open in most circumstances, not worrying about DOF ever!

Another photo with 135mm ART :)

I love that tiny DOF!

Great shot, Maoby!
