I will buy a d750 but the prices at bh photo are about $400 more then42nd street photo. Is there a difference in the camers both would be for body only. I have always bought all my equipment from BH but $400 is a big amount for the same camera.

I just received a refurbished D750 from B&H today. It looks immaculate externally. I had no shutter count information from B&H or even a used rating. Just checked the shutter data and it shows 1034 clicks. I'm happy.

I bought mine new at Best Buy, I signed up for their CC and earned 10% back towards a future sale that I was able to apply towards my Macbook Pro that I got on Monday. I grabbed the 2015 15in I-7 16GB 256SSD model on sale. I ended up getting an open box that was never touched for $1150 after my rewards acct check.

I have only 2 "sessions" under my belt and haven't done any edits on the RAW pics but so far I am LOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVING this camera!!!

You’ll get screwed at 42st, try Greentoe you’ll get a US version camera from an authorized dealer and save some money compared to B&H, I bought my D850 and a few lenses thru them

Don’t. Many will say that the 750 presents no problem, but believe me, it does; fine camera but full of different goofs.
Oh really? Please list these "different goofs," whatever that means.

I have a combined 126K clicks on both of mine, with the only issue of sending in my older early 2015 body that was affected by the shutter Service Advisory (NOT a recall, as so many idiots have claimed). Fixed and back in10 days, with a lifetime P&L warranty on the work, and 80K clicks and not a hiccup since.

Best DSLRs I have ever owned.

Your speaking out of your butthole again , Greentoe is only website that puts Nikon Authorized Sellers in touch with buyers , they don't sell or ever handle the item, I purchased my 200/2 thru them and Unique Camera fulfilled the order , D850 came from Procam in Michigan, and 58/1.4 from 17st photo on LI ,all are Authorized Nikon Dealers

On those three items I saved around $800

So, 17th Ave (now) sells USA cameras and lenses? I thought maybe they had a cousin down the street at 6thAve Electronics...

Anyway, the point was to buy a USA model (for those of us in the US). The current price differences don't make it worth it to buy grey market (yet) IMO but we'll see what happens. If a "Brand New" grey market camera isn't on a shutter advisory list and the seller return policy is good, the savings might eventually be worth the risk for some.
Their the 1st one on the list WALDO... :-D

Your prayers have been answered. Nikon just started a sale for the D750 with Grip for 1499!

Now is the time, Nikon's big summer promotion is ON. The D750 body has been reduced to $1496 at B&H, with a free Nikon battery grip thrown in. These promotions happen only twice a year, pre-summer and pre-Xmas.

Or, why buy refurb or risk grey market? No need to now.

I find it really odd the D610 price is the same, with no battery grip thrown in. I think, but am not sure, the gentle phase-out of the D6xx series is underway. After all, it is going on 5 years old with zero updates. One would be a fool to get a D610 with no free grip over a D750 with free grip, at this promotion price point.

Rejoice! B&H and Adorama has the D750 for $1496 with almost $500 worth of free goodies thrown in. That should take care of the $400 you were talking about. I just ordered mine from B&H.
