B&H has A7 iii in stock but not shipping until April 10

Mine has now moved from "Backordered" to "Processing". That was the first thing I checked when I woke up this morning.

I ordered mine on March 26 (body only) and it’s also processing. Might be a bit. Or ships this week. No way to know...

One more update. I called B&H and asked them about shipping date, as I need to make sure that I am home when the package arrives. I've been porch pirated before and I do not want that happening here.
The rep said that he cannot guarantee it, but he's pretty sure that mine will ship on the 10th. Their free "expedited" shipping is generally pretty fast, but to ensure that I would be home when it arrives based on my schedule, I paid an extra $37 for overnight shipping. I don't like doing that and I certainly don't need to have the camera that fast, but it's worth it to me to not have the box sitting on my porch all day in plain view. Plus it should give me an extra day or two to get familiar with it before I use it next weekend for a tournament that I want to shoot.
If in the event that the camera doesn't ship on the 10th, I will remove the overnight shipping and go back to the free, expedited shipping.
Looks like they might have goofed up on my amended pre-order - I might not be in the queue at all.
If that is the case, I might just wait another while until the 4% reward deal kicks in. (Maybe use that to get the spare battery.)
Anyone know how long it usually takes B&H, Adorama & others to start offering the "reward" credit? (I notice it doesn't apply to the A9 yet - don't want to wait until next year...)

My B&H order was on "processing" from before last week but did not see it change status when I looked earlier today on Sunday.

What did you see (or not see) that causes you to say this?
I ask because in checking the B&H website on my phone this morning, it said "no recent orders" from my account. I checked to make sure that I was logged in to my account, logged out then back in, etc. Somewhat alarmed, I logged onto my computer to check, and my order was right there where it was supposed to be.
In checking again on my phone, I saw that "My Orders" was set to check over the "last 30 days". Realizing because I had preordered the camera more than 30 days ago that it might not show up in the orders, I changed the drop down menu to "last 3 months", and the order came up.

Whether this applies or not, I had the same experience because I "paid" with Paypal Credit. For some reason B&H didn't show the order, but everything arrived as it should, on time.
Didn't show up on the web site as per usual and I typed in an order # from a confirmation e-mail without success. I tried calling them but they're super backed up on the phone apparently.
No biggie either way - the original A7 is holding me over.

I have placed my pre-order at Bedfords Camera. They even give me a bonus of Z battery/SF-G sony sdxc. I think you guys would want to take a look, as the pre-order bonus won't last long. Back on Friday, when I called them to confirm, they said that I would get my a7iii at the first shipment.

I was just charged minutes ago for $1998.00. I'm hopeful that the camera will ship tomorrow for arrival on the 10th.
+1. My phone just notified me that my credit card account was charged!
Checked my status and it changed to: "In Stock, Order Sent To Warehouse"
Hope it comes by the 10th or 11th.

They are probably closed by now, or I’d say to call them and verify, if only for your peace of mind. If you have a pending charge on your card, you are almost certainly still in the queue, but it doesn’t mean that nothing changed as far as your place on the list. I’d call them tomorrow just to find out why you don’t see your order listed. I had an 8 minute wait on the phone today (the computer voice estimated an 11 minute wait at the beginning of the call).Still can't pull up my order on the site but there is a pending charge for $1998 to B&H on my card, now.
Hopefully that's a good sign...

They must have gotten quite a lot of the bodies in!
