Greetings NTF...

As someone who hangs around these parts more than I would like to admit. I've often found myself communicating with people from all walks of life and from almost every corner of the globe. In time I feel like I get to know a little about these people and look forward to talking to them about our common hobby of photography.

But as you talk to different people I've often wondered what they are really like and were they are talking to me from. A case in point would be having a phone conversation with your friend. You have the ability to visualize the surroundings that this person is in. In our case, we don't have that visual reference as very few of us have ever met or even talking to each other on the phone.

As a result I thought it might be fun to get people to post a photo of the place they site (or stand) when they are surfing the threads of NTF.

I don't know maybe it’s a dumb idea.... I just thought it would be good to help visualize whom you are talking to.

So I'll begin this process by posting my office in my home. I spend a good part of my day here because this is also were I work the better part of my time.
SO LET'S SEE YOUR SPACE....

You cleaned and straightened up first! Now, tomorrow I'll have to do the same and take a shot. Boy, I wouldn't show this to anybody as is....:)

...and where I talk from here allot

This was taken last year but except for a newer faster computer (LQQks the same on the outside) it pretty much lQQks the same now.

My home office has never been photographed,
I guess I never really thought to do so..

I think it's a great idea.

As far as I'm concern I would feel ashame to show up my place (after seeing yours!). But it may be a way to help me doing some filing and cleaning.
I'll think about it and maybe I'll post it anyway.

My wife Sharon said this thread will be not just good for me, as it made me clean my office. But it will be as good for you....
So get cleaning!!!
