am shooting with nikon d850 and i was using capture one pro 10 i got no problem in it, after upgrading to capture one 11 when i import raw files on it the colors change compared to opening the same file on photoshop or lightroom, i tried different files the same problem even when i tethering on capture one the same thing!!

You need to be more specific as to what you feel the problem is. You also need to give us the same crop to compare---the LR is a close up, the Capture One is not. From a cursory look, it appears as if the LR has a yellowish/green cast to it. By the way, how about showing us the color histogram for the Capture One Image.

What did you expect? That all software versions, using different camera profiles, using different algorithms, using different starting points in conversion, using different ways to get the WB done?

From what it is detectable from your posts, the LR version is not correct in overall WB. It has a minus tint (into green). Especially to be detected around the teath. If the eyes would have benn open, the eyes might have an appeal as being infected with Hepatitis C. COne is in some parts a little bit more on the magentas in tint, but not that much. But with COne you are able to nearly adjust all tones in the area of interest by just using the Colour Balance and Colour Editor tools instead of changing the whole WB which is the only possibility in LR on issues like that.

It would furthermore be very helpful the show app the Software settings on import, not the one you provided with the output section in COne. And in ACR/LR as well.

But, allow me that simple question: why does everybody grades software by comparing all products against a virtual LR look, which btw. is not possible?

the lightroom bring the shot right there is a big difference in colors in capture one

Why is that relevant? Yes, different RAW converters have different output when used out of the box with factory default settings. But no RAW converter was ever intended to be used with just the default settings. They are just an arbitrary starting point - because you have to begin somewhere. You are supposed to make your own defaults and in addition tweak each picture as needed to suit you personal taste. That's what those panels with the sliders are for. C1 actually has excellent color tweaking tools. If you don't want learn how to use those tools, there's no point in shooting RAW and you may well be better off shooting JPEGs.
