In the summer the cruise ships sail up to Alaska from Vancouver and pass by Hornby Island in the late evening. This is the view at dusk from my sister's cabin on Hornby. The views of the mountains and ships and eagles and deer are unforgettable, even tho it takes three ferries to get to her place.

Sorry, a little late posting. This taken in 2014 with the X-A1 and the XC50-230 zoom. IMHO this shows that a great landscape/seascape can be taken with less than the latest or best equipment. Tho, all the Fuji cameras and lenses that I have had have been great.

I don't do a lot of that, but here are two I liked; particularly the colors of the second which was handheld while riding a motorcycle.

It's a beautiful island so these are hardly representative of an outing where landscape photography is the goal.

Great to know there's another motorcycle rider here. Do you have any shots of your bike with a landscape in the background? Here are my two street bikes:

2015 CTX 700 twin with 6 speed automatic dual clutch transmission. Liquid cooled, ABS, Corbin seat, floorboards, vented shield, etc.

2007 Sportster 1200 with Thunderheaders, bought used on Craigslist.
