Xt20 cant read the new update ,, why ??

Turn camera off. Then press down display/back button. Keep pressing it while you turn the camera on. The LCD should then display the firmware version and update file.

If not then you may have to re-download the file to yoyr computet, but delete the original download first. The file name must be exactly the same as stated on the fuji website. Reformat the card and re-load the file to the card, then try again.

try a different SD card maybe ?

Make sure the file name is exactly FWUP0013.DAT. If you have a previous firmware version in the download folder on your computer, the new file will automatically be renamed to something like FWUP0013(1).DAT. When this happens the camera will not recognize the file. I had the same problem, but once I renamed the new file everything worked smoothly.

Yes there were tow files and i delet both and download again , and it works ..
