My istDS is still working.

My daughter asked my if she can borrow my camera for school`s photo activity tomorrow and i stumbled again with my Pentax istDS.

I put a new battery, set the date and time and put my Pentax F 50mm F/2.8 Macro.

I was amazed that it is still working. Here are 2 photos that i took.

Such a great camera from way back when... That camera helped me get published for the first time in a wildlife magazine.

Hi, i am just reorganising my Pentax camaras. Loadig batterys and so on. So i had 3 IstD

and tree DS and 2 DL, They seems to work all of them and maybe i sell som of them but only maybe. They look very nice and prud together in the bookshell. How many good memories i have had with them. And they are still very good cameras to use.

--Update: found one more IstD.

My DL still works. I tried to give it away, but none of my relatives wanted it.

Nothing wrong with it. The images well survive an A3 print, at that time as well as today.

Lol, i gave my istDL away a few years ago.

I never liked that camera, but i did have a couple of decent lenses for it.

I still have one *istD which I keep as a backup ; my daughter has my other one , along with her K10D .
