but ancient Brits certainly appreciated the sunCheeky sodI remember the SW of England being very good for photographing mist and rain. In fact I was told the native people of that region didn't actually have a word for "sun"!

sadly I did not get serious about photography until I returned from my near 2 years in fair Albion
I think the old Celts loved it so, because they so so little of it
went over 6 months in which it rained every day when I served Her Majesty on the ORHA NHS
perhaps one of the most photogenic corners of this fair world
btw, the ancient Welsh used the word heulo ...I believe they were in the SW, but I could be wrong
