An in-camera BW photo from the Pen-F, with minimal tweaking.

What's next? In a follow up shot, I would put the cat fully in a well lit spot without much in the way of shadow tones. I would also stop down to get good clarity from the tip of the ear to tip of the tail so I could uncover a good deal of texture in the fur. Then, I would try a high key conversion style so the texture and gentle variety of tones of the cat would be the main feature of the shot. I hope your question was not just a title. ;-)

not the most flattering pose for you kitty but you can shoot him or her more. I would shoot your cat against less bone white background because its distracting from the kitty. Never stop with just one shot
