Is Irix 11mm for real?

I've had one on "backorder" at both Adorama and B&H for over a month. No news, no word, no details. Is this a "go fund me" project that didn't raise enough funds, or a real company?

I have discovered that a review is not the same as "available". The 11 still remains unavailable it seems.

I did get an email from them yesterday, after a long delay to my request on their website, that the next shipment to the U.S. is occurring shortly. We'll see...

They have missed the boat anyway. Nikon just came out with an 8-15 zoom. At 11mm it looks perfectly good for what I needed the Irix for. Sorry Irix...
