Switching to Nikon, FX or DX

:-) That's why I don't really want to get a Canon. 80D is Canon's latest model, and it's expensive. I can get D5500 with 17-50 at around 1200$ and even D7200 won't cost me so much...
Just remember that Nikon will not correct the chromatic aberration, distortion, and vignetting of that lens, you will need to fix each image in post processing.

While I prefer the touchscreen of the D5500, only having 1 control dial is a complete dealbreaker for me so go with the D7200.
 
Ha, I think I was used to working with double dials, but I can't tell how important is that... D7200 is also an upgrade to me (compared to 70D), since they have almost the same weight, but seems to be more suitable to my shooting style.
