Please post your ARTISTIC shots - 100% YOUR choice: "Found ART", Painting (whether actual paint, or Digital Paint), whatever strikes you.

PP Art is encouraged - CREATIVITY COUNTS!

Since it is ART, try to keep the "C&C" comments minimal: It's ART, after all.

NO restriction as to equipment - from pinhole to scanner, any brand or kind is OK !

When posting, please reply to this post and CHANGE the title to a title you have chosen for your work, so we know what is being commented on.

Took my dog to the vet & copied a picture from the waiting room wall:

Sort of makes me wonder what unsung industrial "Artist" first designed that now universal pattern.

Probably never got a penny in royalties!

Many thanks.

I think this design is called diamond plate. I just looked it up. I could not come up with it when I first posted the picture.

Thanks for your comments.

Not sure if this should be Art or WIldlife or maybe Nature?

I was out for my early morning walk and came to where the exercise machines were. I was just going to clean off the seat of the bike, as we'd just had a good rain, when I noticed 2 small mushrooms poking out from a hole in the seat. Luckily I had my camera with me and took a couple of snaps.

These are too good to leave at the bottom of last week's finished thread:

Years ago our family was on a trip to Newfoundland and I came across this little gem in a broken down old house ravaged by the past winter winds and snow. In spite of this harsh environment, I couldn't help but think what a nice warm cosy place this must be if the mother of the house can make art like this.

If you ever get a chance , Newfoundland is a fascinating place to visit, and amazing place for photography. Go in the spring around May and take a trip out to see the icebergs.

Super!

A good "structured" surface, making it somewhat less slippery. Reasonably normal is also the "wafer" figure surface, which is not very artistic.
