Does anybody have any suggestions for a good camera bag for the C750?

I would like recommendations for a larger bag to hold the camera, lens adapter, TCON-17, batteries/cards... Also a smaller form fitting bag where the camera does or does not have the lens tube/filter attached... Any recommendations on what you guys might use or think is good would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I bought the Tamrac TA5696 from Amazon.co.uk, cost about 17 ukpounds inclusive...very pleased with it, the 750 fits perfectly, and its got lots of storage for spare batteries in seperate pockets on the front and lid. Its deep enough to hold camera and exxtension tube/adaptor, with a padded and Velcro'd seperator. Also has a 5 year warranty

RMac,

The Tenba line is exceptional quality, may be a bit more money, but I love mine. Try the link and see if you can find one that might suit. I can't cooment on your camera specifically however.

I generally recomend people take all of their stuff to camera or electronics stores and see how everything fits in the bags and how it fits on your shoulder. Don't forget to make sure there is some room for expansion. For my UZI, the bag I liked was the Quantarry large bag at Ritz (though if I buy any more stuff I'm going to wish I had gone for the XL bag). Bags for video cameras are often longer (& cheaper) than traditional camera bags.

A good camera only bag for C-750 is Tamrac 5693 Digital 3. Got mine from Amazon (actually 569304, 04 is for blue color). I tried several bags before this one, and kept this one because it fits like a glove. It's fairly snug in the main compartment with lens to the side, but it fits good and I didn't want it too loose. Just enough spare room to tuck the neck strap on the top. Top flaps open so that it's easy to put camera in/out. Other small cases I tried had just a zipper seam opening that made it tricky to get the camera in/out or they fit too tight with the lens, but this one fits just right. Accy compartment holds 4 batteries, remote and extra card, but that's about it. There's really no room for anything else, but I wanted a small case anyways.

Lowepro's D-res 25AW for just the camera, card and set of batteries.

Lowepro D-Res 240AW is a great combo shoulderbag/beltpack. I use it for my C-3040z with adapter tube .75x and 2x as well as a number of other small items. There's a second zippered compartment in the back that can hold your wallet, etc. I biked 34 miles in Monterey, CA carrying this setup last weekend.

I've just bought a samsonite(Trekking) from Jessops for £17 and is just big enough for the camera with an extra front pocket for cards and remote.

A few years ago a bunch of us bought these cases for our uzi's they wern't made for them and they were too tight They were Olympus Part number At the time I bought 2 of them then avoided using them with the uzi.

To my delight my C700 & C730 fit great with the lens armour and uv filter on. It has a big pocket on top for media and a side pocket for batteries.

At the time I bought the cases they were being closed out and I only paid $10 each. I did a google search and there are still some around..

I like the Lowepro - Orion Mini. it straps around your waist, easy to swing it around to the front when you need it, holds the camera with the filter tube and filter, spare batteries, cards and I can get my C-210 extension lens in it too.

I have several pics of it in my in box at pbase

I got a LowePro Nova Mini Aw with the built in raincoat. Everything fits and I carry 3 sets of batteries, charger and all cords. The camera fits in snugly with the lens extension tube attached....facing downwards. I tried a lot of them and liked this one best. It has a strap, rubber coated handle and belt loops. Nice design.

In my LowePro nova mini, I can put in all you mentioned, plus 2 raynox wide angle lenses, plus remote, plus a 2nd set of spare batteries, +++++ Yet, it's very compact and attractive. A winner!
