My SD card wouldn't insert correctly every time, it felt like there was no spring. After it happened a few times I decided it was too risky to continue using it so sent it off for repair. As with my previous experience with Panny support in the UK. the service has been excellent. I received it back today 9 days after sending it off. I have been kept informed of progress throughout and they have replaced a faulty main PCB. I've used them a few times for warranty and damage repairs and the service has always being first class. I thought it worth reporting the positives.
