Thanks Sallyanne. Nice and no extremes here.

Thanks Global. Did you attempt to frame the original with it self?

No, this is an expand. Very nice pic. Best, GT

Thanks, and thanks for posting the pic to play with.
By looking at it you wouldn't believe I spent quite a bit of time on it (with curves, levels, contrast etc) but eventually came back to almost how it was.

Great effect on the background! How did you do it? Thanks...

Thanks for your input on the X100F. I purchased the original EOS-M a number of years ago and like the image/color results but the focus/speed is just too slow. I've looked closely at the newer M's by don't like the material/build quality. The Fuji seems to have everything I need/want for a compact package. Still not sure about using a camera with a fixed lens (?) From what I've seen on different photo sites, the color generated by Fuji's JPEG engine looks great... directly out-of-camera! Again, thanks for your comments... HAGD, Bob :-)

Thanks Mario. Very realistic.

...foreground and background are on separate layers...just blurred the BG layer.

...also added a reflected gradient. Used PSE-5.
