***Mayhem of the Week***

Just so people know...this really is the POTW, I just renamed it for this week, and it'll be back next week in it's regularly scheduled format, I'll just be taking over running it again as I did in the past.
Then please delete my "entry" as, misunderstanding your OP, I posted an old pic, way out of the required 2 week period.

No worries...there really aren't much in the way of rules for this week. Post another one if you like.

No reason to...this week is a little different and your shot is way interesting. Remember, POTW isn't really a contest but a sharing and likes let folks no what is really liked

Figured I'd post this one since there is no freshness requirement at the moment. Something different. Taken about 3 years ago. Might have to attempt a rework on this since I had not discovered RAW processing at that time. Plus, it looks like the DPR galleries no longer limit the image "size" to 20 MP (even though it still says so) -- which might open-up more possibilities. This composite is cut down to about 45% of original size (dimensions) and only about 4.9 MB. Not sure about DPR's stated 20 MB limit -- haven't tried exceeding that. No mayhem (I don't have it). Might have to try and find some.

approx. 15 frames portrait; D7100 w/70-200 VR1

A cyclist on frozen Portage Lake is dwarfed by the Portage Glacier.

Not sure what is going on here these days, but I like this picture from today, and wanted to post it somewhere.

Very good! People under 50 and those living outside the US probably won't understand.

Beautiful shot. Does using such a slow shutter speed (1/2 sec) contribute to that really rich (for lack of a better word--there is probably a technical term that i don't know) feel of the picture?
