That Yongnuo is a canon mount flash. No you cannot mount it on a Sony directly or with adapter.

I use the Sigma 610 DG ST with adapter, and it is wonderful.

and it is only 106EUR

This is a flash designed to be fully functional with Canon cameras only.

Try Nissin, Metz, Phottix, Sony instead. Perhaps the Flashpoint brand from Adorama.

I don't know anything about the flash but since that adapter is not compatible to convert Canon/Nikon to Sony it will not work. That adapter is designed to convert the old style Sony flash to the new hot shoe on the A99ii. Maybe the following will suit your needs and budget. No adapter needed.

Misuse of the ability to do 100% pixel peeping is the bane of digital photography.

I have large, powerful flashes for my a77ii, but find them bulky & awkward to carry. Also, I really don't need all that power.

So I bought this little Neewer 320 recently and am finding it far more useful: small & light weight, can be used in TTL or manual or slave mode, comes with a stand & diffuser, swivels, and provides plenty of power for my needs (GN32):

No high speed sync, and I haven't tested it for wireless range. But if you're just looking for more flexible lighting capability beyond the pop-up flash, and you don't need high power and sophisticated wireless tricks, maybe it will meet your needs too.

Godox TT685s

Does everything the Sony HVL-F60M does, but for less money and with more features.

And doesn't overheat. And does HSS at any angle. And has radio-trigger master/slave.

And acts as a Control to other flashes optically and radio.
