I sold all of my Nikon, Yongnuo and Alien Bees flashes. Picked up your option B but with the X1 transmitter. No regrets and the system integrates nicely. I would get the V860II flashes for added compatibility with the AD600 TTL system.
Just picked up a couple of Flashpoint (Godex) V860II Li-on's with the r2 receivers and transmitter. Incredibly versatile and was very simple to set up and use. Not using these before, I was up and running in about an hour. Adjusting flash power was a breeze. Sold my Nikon flash system.
Why did you buy the R2 receivers if you dont mind me asking?

I'm not Veloster75, but the Flashpoint R2 is the Adorama rebrand name for the Godox X1. Given that the V860IIs are TTL/HSS speedlights, it probably made more sense to go with Godox's TTL/HSS triggers.

Honestly, that was an error on my part seeing the V860II have built in radio. So, I decided to keep them for possible future use.

I need HSS, 2 speed lights and 1 decent portable strobe (500-700W) for event and outdoor shoot.

Candidate A: ~$910
  • YN600EX-TR x 2 speedlight
  • YN-E3-RT controller
  • GODOX AD600 strobe + YN-E3-RX receiver
Only problem is the YN-E3-RX can't power-control the AD600. You might get HSS, but no TTL.
I could not get the YN-E3-RX to work with the Godox AD3600II-C so you better check it out with the AD600 before you buy. I would look at the Phottix Laso and Odin II transmitter. The YN-E3-RX work well on Canon speedlights thought.
Candidate B: ~$1000
  • Godox V860II x 2 speedlight
  • Godox XT32 controller
  • Godox AD 600 strobe
Why not use the X1? Full control and TTL over everything. OTOH. If you only need HSS and don't care about TTL, with the X1, you could go with the V850II instead, and save a little cash. And if you care more about price than battery convenience, you could also go with the manual TT600 (US$70) or the TTL TT685 (US$100). They also both have HSS with X1 triggers.
Yes, get the X1T controller and if you want TTL and the less expensive flashes if you don't as recommended above.
Candidate C: ~$950
  • YN685 x2 speedlight
  • YN622 TX controller
  • YN622 RX x 3 transceiver
  • Godox AD 600 strobe
You don't need the transceivers. The YN-685 has a 622 receiver built-in. You only need a single YN-E3-RX for the AD600, as with your A setup. Also, you'll have to deal with the hassle of multiple 4xAA sets.
As I said be carefull with expecting the YN-E3-RX to work with the AD600.
Same problem as the -RT gear triggering, though. A YN-E3-RX only offers TTL and power control if the flash attaches to the hotshoe. The AD600 doesn't have a flash foot, so you'll have to cable the trigger, and that means sync signal only. Also, there's no option to just throw in a cheapie $70 all-manual flash if all you want is another hair light with HSS/power control.
Candidate D: do you have a better system?
If you don't need TTL and just want manual power control and HSS:
  • Godox V850II (or TT600 if you need to go cheap) x2 [$150 per or $70 per]
  • X1C-T transmitter [$45-50]
  • Godox AD600BM (Bowens mount) [$550]
Total: ~$900 or $750, depending on speedlight choice.

If you need TTL as well, then swap the V850II for V860II (+50 per); or TT600 for TT685 (+55 per).
These are good recommendation. Personally for my Canon I use the RT system with the YN/ST-E3-RT and Laso on the AD600. Key thing is I can buy a X1T-C and X1-T-S and use the AD lights with both Sony and Canon and have done that multiple times.

Thank you all for your opinions. It helps me a lots. I decides to go with godox x1, ad600, tt685x2.
Smart choice. While the V860II is nice the TT685 uses standard AA batteries that I use with other speedlights I already own.
