You two should meet. In Japan maybe? ;-)I live in France, and for me it's seems to be just the contrary : the vertial grip is on the way, but not the XT2. I would prefer the reverse

It's good for youNo solace to you both, but I have had delivered this morning: X-T2, Vertical Grip, two spare batteries and the MHG-XT2 Metal Hand Grip. Sorry, UK Fuji are very good!

Run in and grab it asap, from minimal use so far it's a giant leap up from the X-T1Oooops! I just read my emails and it has arrived - yaaaaay!!

I've kept the X-T1 as a backup, it's been a great camera. Fuji have listened to the criticisms and addressed them, I feel that the X-T2 is going to be a genuine classic.Wow - sounds great. Yes, I have the T1, which I plan on keeping, so will be great to compare the two. Do you still have your T1 K10D?

Luckily I have some batteries from the X-T1 which are working ok. It's a real pain though, not sure why there is a problem in Australia.I'm in Bathurst NSW and in the same boat. I ordered from DigiDirect but the young man on the other end told me that they have no information on the batteries, although it seems that they have the grip in stock. I'm new to FujiFilm, and, although I love the camera, I'm pretty disappointed that there are no spare batteries. I've been shooting with it for a couple of days now, and it seems to me that the battery life is even worse than I expected, especially when filming in 4K. It would be nice to have some spare batteries!
