... Just improved QC. The camera is brilliant , except for it's recall issues.

Right on..I'd like to see high iso like d750 1/8000 shutter tilt touch screen and that may make me sell my d750.
But..I'll wait awhile to make no QC issues surface

Yes but the replacement nikon sent me serial 308xxx has been flawlessm for 3 months.

... Bo: Good to hear. But, you had to replace it, and you never know if new issues will arise.

Yes! 1/8000 shutter is a must! I'd have the perfect system,....a D500 with APS sensor and a FF body in weight class as D500 with Nikon's latest tech!
Lowered expectations? Should be flawless for 3 years at least. Even a low end DSLR I would want flawless for 3 years. 3 months is not bragging rights. It's like a Windows user bragging to a Linux user about 3 months uptime.

Snapbridge , no thanks. It's its current form its rubbish. A dedicated gps with wifi along with an much improve wifi app.
3 sec buffer with 14bit lossless.
Quieter shutter.

Keep the cards slots the same type i.e. as is. Upgrade to UHS-II x 2 or XQD x 2. None of this XQD + SD or CF + SD...

Nikon made the body almost as small and light as a D7200 DX by introducing operational limitations.
We know the D500 a fair bit heavier and bigger than the D7200 to accommodate the new technology.
My guess is Nikon will stay small and compact whenever the upgrade comes.

the first thing a d750 owner would want is a little/lot better quality control regarding the numerous recalls the d750 had since being released.
Im sure it'll get at least one new feature that no other Nikon has just to get few people wanting , talking bout it

It's a shame to have a wi-fi camera and not really able to take full advantage of it. I'd like to see Nikon develop an app that provides more camera control over wi-fi, not just a shutter release.
