Your favorite recent pic...?

Thanks for this idea. I don't post often and like many out there wonder why the forums have degenerated into a "mines bigger than yours" type dialogue. It sure ain't about photography.

Also, I am sure like the majority, I just want to take photos and have others enjoy them. For me the joy of photography is in the eye of the beholder. If people like my work, it makes me very happy.

Enough said.
In case anybody else could use a break from whether Best Buy is
the devil, the merits of copyright infringement vs sueing AIDS
patients, and front-focusing / back-talking SLR lenses ... maybe we
can all take a break and share our favorite pic we've shot in the
past week or two??

Here's mine:

Shot with an antique D60 through a Sigma 15-30.

This isn't my most recent but it was taken a week ago.......that I happen to like... I have more on the way from other sexy swimsuit models....that I haven't had the time to upload their galleries as of yet....

Enjoy!

You live surrounded with beautiful colors 24-7, no wonder you like to work w/B&W. I love your galleries, your house and mostly your studio, gorgeous place! I work in a spy glass office building, and I'm usually covered with engineering plans and computers all day, except for my lunch brake where I get to visit galleries like yours. To me, your images are of a different world that can only exist in my imagination. Someday .. maybe .. who knows!

Thank you Forrest for bringing up this subject as opposed to all whinings around here.

This is my very first pictorial contribution to this forum. I am a newbie when it comes to DSLR, but I am really enjoying myself.

Photo taken with 10D and 28-135 IS.

this is called hospital.

This is my latest favorite. It is composed of 4 images stitched

Hi Joe,
This little guy is very comfortable with humans. He waits on that
rock everyday for people to feed him. He's a city fellow, and
there aren't many nut trees around. After our "photo session" was
over, he turned around and I touched his tail, briefly. I do hope
he can sense the humans to stay away from, as he's far too trusting.
That 135mm lens is wonderful. Glad you liked the photos...
