Your favorite recent pic...?

This is my latest favorite. It is composed of 4 images stitched with Canon's Photostitch software. It is a photo of the Superstition mountain range near Mesa, Arizona:

In case anybody else could use a break from whether Best Buy is
the devil, the merits of copyright infringement vs sueing AIDS
patients, and front-focusing / back-talking SLR lenses ... maybe we
can all take a break and share our favorite pic we've shot in the
past week or two??

Here's mine:

Is extraordinary. Shows your skills and talents. Congratulations.

After 4 km of swimming, a 120 km bike ride and a 30 km run,
Torbjørn Sindballe runs the finishing stretch in a rain of gold to
become the european triathlon champion.

Cheers,

Shot with the 10D and 100mm macro. This guy was really small compared to last years model.

Thanks very much!

I tell you - having a DSLR and a simple workflow makes an event like that a joy to shoot. I had the whole thing ready to go onto the website after probably 1 hour of getting home from the event.

Can't do that with film!
This shot is from the day they left, with Mom saying goodbye.

I had to work for this one - we canoed 10km (6 miles) up a lake to camp miles from anyone:

I'll take your word for it!
Good timing. Should be the shot used in the morning sports page.
